Getting started

What is Orderly?+
Orderly is an e-commerce platform built for Nigerian vendors. You get a hosted storefront on your own subdomain (yourstore.orderlystores.com), a dashboard to manage orders and customers, and built-in payments — all without needing a developer.
How long does it take to set up?+
Most vendors are up and running in under an hour. Sign up, pick your store name, add your first product, and share the link. You can polish branding and add the rest of your catalog over time.
Do I need any technical skills?+
No. If you can use Instagram or WhatsApp, you can use Orderly. Everything is point-and-click and the dashboard speaks plain English.
Can I try it before paying?+
Yes. Every account comes with a 14-day free trial — no credit card needed. You only pay if you decide to keep selling after the trial.

Payments

How do my customers pay?+
Two ways: card payments via Paystack (instant, automatic) or direct bank transfer (your customers send to your account, you confirm in the dashboard). You can offer one or both — vendors who want maximum reach typically offer both.
Do you take a cut of my sales?+
No. The full sale price (minus Paystack's standard processing fee for online payments) lands in your bank account. We only charge a monthly subscription fee.
When do payouts happen?+
Online payments via Paystack settle on Paystack's standard schedule (usually next business day). Direct bank transfers go straight to your account — Orderly never touches the money.
What if a customer disputes a payment?+
For Paystack-processed orders, disputes are handled through Paystack's standard chargeback process — we'll surface alerts in your dashboard. For direct bank transfers, you have full control over confirming or rejecting each transfer.

Storefronts & products

Can I customize how my storefront looks?+
Yes. Pick from our templates, drop in your logo, change colours, and update your hero copy and about section — all from the dashboard. More templates ship every quarter.
Is there a limit on how many products I can list?+
The free trial caps at 25 products. Paid plans are unlimited.
Can I sell services, not physical products?+
Yes. Toggle service mode in your settings and the storefront's wording adjusts (Services instead of Products, etc.). You can still take payments and bookings the same way.
Can I have a custom domain (yourstore.com)?+
Custom domains are available on the Growth plan and above. You point your domain to our nameservers and we handle the rest.

Operations

How do I manage delivery?+
Set up the zones you deliver to and a flat charge per zone. Customers pick from your zones at checkout. You can also offer pickup as an alternative.
Can I add staff to help me run the store?+
Yes — invite staff with their email and they get their own login. You control which sections they can see (orders, products, settings, etc.). Staff seats are part of paid plans.
Is there a mobile app?+
Yes. The Orderly vendor app is available on both iOS and Android. You can run your whole store from your phone — log walk-in orders, mark deliveries shipped, message customers.
Can I export my data?+
Yes — orders and customers can be exported to CSV any time from the dashboard. You own your data; we don't lock it up.

How do I contact support?+
Email support@orderlystores.com or message us on WhatsApp. Email is answered within a business day; WhatsApp during working hours.
Where do you operate?+
Orderly is built for vendors in Nigeria. Your customers can be anywhere, but the platform — payments, delivery, support — is optimized for the Nigerian market.
What's your refund policy?+
If you cancel within 14 days of a paid period and you've made fewer than 5 orders on the platform during that window, we'll refund the period in full. Full details on the refund page.
Can I delete my account?+
Any time, from your account settings. Deletion removes your store, products, and customer data permanently.
