Pricing questions
Do you take a percentage of my sales?+
No. The full sale price (minus Paystack's processing fee, if you use online payments) lands in your bank account. We charge only the monthly subscription.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your subscription page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades kick in at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if my subscription expires?+
You get a 7-day grace period where the storefront stays live but the admin is read-only. After that the storefront is hidden until you renew. Your data is kept indefinitely.
Is there an annual discount?+
Yes — paying for a year up-front gets you 15% off, and 6-month plans get 8% off. Pick the duration when you upgrade.
Do I need a credit card to try it?+
Nope. The 14-day trial doesn't require a card. We'll only ask for payment when you decide to keep your store live past the trial.
